This Copyright Notice applies to the website flamtunes.live and FLAM Records (“we”, “us”) unless stated otherwise.

1. Ownership of site content

Unless expressly indicated, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the original content on this Site—including text, layout, graphics, logos used with permission, photographs supplied by FLAM Records, and original audio-visual promotional material we publish—are owned by FLAM Records or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Music and recordings

Musical compositions, sound recordings, and related rights in FLAM Tunes releases may be owned or controlled by FLAM Records, the FLAM Tunes artist project, and/or rights holders (for example labels, publishers, or collecting societies). Streaming and download links on the Site point to licensed platforms (such as Spotify and Apple Music). Playing music through those platforms is governed by their terms and the applicable licences—they do not grant you a separate licence to copy or redistribute the recordings outside those services.

3. Third-party trademarks and content

Names and logos of third parties (including Spotify, YouTube, Google, Apple Music, and social platforms) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Site does not imply endorsement beyond normal descriptive use. Embedded players and thumbnails may display third-party artwork or video stills controlled by those platforms.

4. Permitted personal use

You may view, bookmark, and share links to this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from Site content except:

  • as allowed by limited quoting for criticism, review, or news reporting under South African copyright law (with proper attribution); or
  • with our prior written permission.

5. Unauthorised use

Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation of Site content may infringe copyright and other laws. We reserve the right to enforce our rights and seek remedies available under the Copyright Act, 1978, the Counterfeit Goods Act, 1997 (where applicable), and related South African legislation.

6. Takedown and infringement reports

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with:

  • identification of the work or right concerned;
  • the URL or description of the material on our Site;
  • your contact details;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and
  • a declaration that the information in your notice is accurate and, where required, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Send notices to: hello@flamtunes.com. We will review legitimate requests and may remove or disable access to material where appropriate.

7. Licence to us (user submissions)

If you send us creative materials, demos, or other content for consideration, you warrant that you have the right to share them. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence only to the extent needed to review and respond to your submission.
