FLAM Radio Submission Agreement

This Submission Agreement applies when you submit music to FLAM Radio (powered by FLAM Tunes) for review, broadcast, and potential promotion.

It also applies to submission-related features and services, including upload tools, review queues, artist worlds, music and video pages, playlists, embeds, analytics, notifications, campaign features, and future FLAM Tunes tools that support submission, review, broadcast, or promotion.

1. Your declarations (required)

FLAM Tunes is a curated platform. AI-assisted and AI-generated music may be submitted when you provide complete creation disclosure, originality answers, and individual declaration confirmations. False or incomplete disclosures may lead to rejection, removal, or account action.

By submitting, you represent and warrant that:

You own or control the rights needed to submit and authorize streaming/promotion.
Your submission does not infringe copyright, performer rights, privacy, or other rights.
No unauthorized stems, acapellas, samples, or source recordings were used.
No celebrity voice cloning or unauthorized voice replication was used.
You are not engaging in deceptive “sound exactly like” impersonation or fake identity use.
You have commercial-use authority for any AI-generated elements you declared (where applicable).
You provided accurate metadata and disclosures (including explicit content and AI provenance).

1a. Suno and commercial-use declarations

If your track uses Suno, you must declare your plan tier, download date, and commercial-use authority. Free or trial Suno downloads cannot be submitted for commercial streaming or FLAM Radio rotation. A paid-plan declaration is not proof of statutory copyright ownership — moderators may request evidence or place submissions on rights hold.

2. Licence to review and (if approved) to broadcast

You grant FLAM Radio and FLAM Tunes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to (a) receive and review your submission, and if approved, (b) stream it on FLAM Radio and use excerpts for promotion, subject to any platform-specific constraints.

You retain ownership of your submission, subject to any third-party rights you have cleared. The licence includes the right to host, store, make technical copies, display related artwork and metadata, and use your artist name and approved submission materials as reasonably needed for review, broadcast, moderation, promotion, and platform operation. Any distribution or revenue-share arrangement outside this submission flow requires the applicable written commercial terms, release approval, or separate written agreement.

Approved creators and artist-world participants may also be subject to the FLAM Radio Creator Agreement.

3. Moderation-first; no guarantee

All submissions are reviewed. We can reject or remove content at any time.
Broadcast approval and promotion approval are separate decisions.
We do not promise rotation, placement, or marketing outcomes.

4. Takedown and disputes

If we receive a credible complaint or identify risk, we may disable content immediately while we investigate. Repeat or serious issues may result in probation, reduced exposure, or permanent removal.

5. Indemnity and liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLAM Radio / FLAM Tunes from claims arising from your breach (including rights violations or deceptive submissions), except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
